TDBRE have negotiated a new 10 year lease to ToaTee Ltd on this 49,054 sq ft refurbished building.

The premises were bought vacant for a Birmingham based Propco and have been let on a lease with a headline rent of approx. £5.60 per sq ft based on the GIA.
