£16m Daventry Investment Sale Completed

TDBRE are pleased to announce the sale of Daventry Interchange, a multi let industrial investment located on Daventry’s Drayton Fields Estate.

Mark Brown Director at TDBRE said; “We bought this estate for our client (a Family propco)  in 2007, and have undertaken numerous asset management initiatives over the years, increasing the rents and extending the lease terms. TDB are pleased to have sold the estate for £16m representing a net initial yield of 5.28%.”

The buyer was a Fund managed by Savills Investment Management LLP and BSB Real Estate advised the purchaser in the transaction.
