Clients Verdant Regeneration have submitted an outline planning application for the redevelopment of the 200 acre New Stanton Park, near Junction 25 of the M1 – a scheme which has a potential to deliver up to 4,000 jobs once fully developed.

Verdant Regeneration is seeking planning permission for the redevelopment of part of the former Stanton iron works, to be known as New Stanton Park, with a scheme set to deliver around 2 million sq ft of new build warehouse and industrial space with the ability to deliver a single building of around 1 million sq ft.

Chris Drummond of joint agents TDB Real Estate said: “The redevelopment of the site has been talked about for a significant period of time and it is excellent news that it is now hopefully set to come to fruition.  Verdant Regeneration have been hugely pro-active in their approach since purchasing the site and with active occupier engagement we welcome the deliver of an outline planning consent to thereafter being forward the transformation and improvement of this strategically important site”.

The new development is being jointly marketed by TDB Real Estate and M1 Agency.
