Success Story

Meteor 90 on Round Spinney (pictured) comprises approximately 90,000 sq ft of warehousing, and Mark Brown at TDB Real Estate is pleased to report that the unit has just been let.

The letting took place after a very short marketing period, which shows the improvement in the market and the demand for good quality warehouse space, offering both dock loading doors, a good eaves height and good access to the motorway network.

The unit has been let by TDB to Dachser, the Brackmills based German owned distribution company, and this represents a further expansion for their business in Northampton.

Mark Brown at TDB Real Estate commented: “We are delighted to have acted for H W Martin in respect of this significant letting for Northampton.  H W Martin refurbished the building (following their own occupation) and have also significantly improved the loading facilities.
