Denmark House office building sold for residential conversion

8 Billing Road Northampton comprises 3,169 sq ft of net internal floor space, the purchasers, Tier 7 Developments Ltd, are intending redeveloping the building to form 8 apartments. The property was original built about 140 years ago as a single dwelling house, and has gone full circle back to residential use.

TDB Real Estate acted for the tenant, Bidwells in the surrender of the existing lease for an undisclosed premium and introduced the purchaser Tier 7 Developments which facilitated the sale for a price in excess of £400,000. Drake Commercial acted on behalf of the owners, private investors.
