Mini Factory Scheme – Now Fully Let

TDB Real Estate are pleased to report that the 40 unit mini factory development at Owl Close/Low Farm Place, Moulton Park is now fully let and occupied.

The market for mini factory units is extremely strong which shows that there are many new businesses being set up in the town and is also a tribute to the flexible terms that are being offered by the landlord through TDBRE.  The last 5 vacant units have all been let during the beginning of 2015.

There is a dramatic shortage of this type of product available, however we are pleased to report that there is a proposed new development of high quality industrial units at Hartwell Business Park which will become available later in 2015. Unit sizes will range from 2,500 sq ft up to 17,500 sq ft.
