New Generation of Speculative Warehouse Development in Northampton

The Northampton office of newly formed property consultancy TDB Real Estate are the appointed agents (along with London based DTRE) on the pioneering speculative Warehouse development by Prologis Developments at Grange Park, Northampton

The construction of DC7 is now well underway on a new state of the art distribution facility totalling approx 341,025 sq ft, and which will be constructed to the highest BREEAM and industry leading specifications, and which will include HQ offices.
