TDB Real Estate acted on behalf of Joules Limited in the acquisition of a 32,000 sq ft office facility with expansion/development land in Market Harborough.

The premises was purchased from the administrators of the former Travelsphere business, who have since been purchased by a Canadian company G Adventures, in a swap deal that will see G Adventures move into Joules current head office at The Point.
