New Letting at Unit C Daventry Interchange

TDBRE have negotiated a new 10 year lease to Bush & Co Rehabilitation Ltd on this 10,000 sqft two storey office building, within the Daventry Interchange complex on Sopwith Way, Drayton Fields.

Bush are relocating from elsewhere in Daventry.

The premises (previously occupied by Coherent) are being fully refurbished by the landlord and there is a further extensive tenant fit out.

The premises have been let on a stepped rental arrangement with a headline rent of approx. £10 per sq ft based on the GIA.
