Acting on behalf of Conglom Inc, TDB Real Estate have acquired a new 41,786 sq ft distribution facility from Seven Capital on the Pineham Estate in Northampton.

Conglom have a global network with warehouses in Canada (Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, Halifax and Vancouver) and the United Kingdom (Northampton), along with a system of third-party distribution centres throughout the United States and Australia.

This acquisition will provide them with a new state of the art facility to service their UK customers and further expand the business. Chris Castle at Conglom, said: “We required a Grade A distribution in a location which will enable us support our customers going forward. Our new Northampton warehouse will give us the opportunity to do this”.

Due to the shortage of product in the market TDB Real Estate were able to advise Conglom on the best acquisition strategy for their business.
