TDB Real Estate have acquired a building for Northamptonshire’s first indoor trampoline park.

Boost Trampoline Parks will invest in excess of £3m in the site to develop a custom built circa 30,000 sq ft arena on the Riverside Retail Park, Northampton.  This will provide 50 new jobs and will complement existing leisure occupiers such as Virgin Gyms and the Riverside Hub.

Matt Borer of Boost Trampoline Parks pointed out that “as fitness becomes more of a national obsession the concept is well positioned to target not only the family market, but also fitness and corporate opportunities too.  The concepts potential is huge as virtually every single middle class and working class household in the country has a trampoline park in their back garden and we have already had an incredible response from those who can’t wait to give it a try”.

TDB Real Estate are currently acting on all Boost Trampoline Park acquisitions throughout the UK.  Oliver Thompson who led the deal said.

“We are delighted to have secured this site for Boost Trampoline Parks.  This exciting new leisure activity has already seen great growth in the UK and we are actively seeking to acquire other sites between 15,000 – 60,000 sq ft and hope to be in a position to announce more acquisitions later this year”.
