Office Letting – 2 Rushmills, The Lakes, Northampton

Following the vacation of the previous Tenant TDB Real Estate have advised Christ College in the refurbishment and the subsequent letting of 2 Rushmills, Northampton.

The building comprised circa 5,000 sq ft and lettings have been agreed on both the ground and first floor to Virtual Sales Team and The One Group. Both lettings were at a rent of £16.50psf which represents a post recession record rent for grade A offices in this location.
