Record Rents at Brackmills

Acting on behalf of Ecclesiastical Insurance Group, TDB Real Estate has Let Unit 5 Osyth Close to Amenities Limited. The unit was previously occupied by Bluefish Office Products and the new letting enabled the relocation and expansion of Amenities recycling and waste management business from elsewhere on the Brackmills estate.

TBD have also settled the rent review of unit 6 Osyth Close with 20/30 Labs. Both transactions resulted in a circa 55% uplift on the previous passing rents, resulting in a notable increase in the overall assets performance.
