1. Sale of a 38,000 sq ft factory at Feerless House, Sopwith Way, Drayton Fields to Brian James Trailers Ltd. This represented an expansion of the existing Brian James Trailers business on Drayton Fields.
2. Letting of 20,000 sq ft at St Martins House, London Road to Red Arch Engineering – this also represents an expansion for Red Arch in Daventry.
3. Sale of 14,000 sq ft at March House, London Road/Long March to established Daventry based KRF.
Nene Group also have a further 7,000 sq ft to let at Sopwith Way, Drayton Fields and at Nene House also on Sopwith Way, Nene have a fully operational serviced office facility with fully serviced suites available from small offices up to approx 5,000 sq ft.
Unit B Daventry Interchange comprising 40,000 sqft on Sopwith Way is also under offer to a well known Daventry based company.
In addition TDB have sold 7,000 sq ft at Faraday Close to Marlborough Furniture Surfaces, also expanding in Daventry.
TDB have also sold two office investments at Cottesbrook Park, Heartlands on behalf of Westleigh Developments, let to Evolution PR and Intel respectively.
