Veolia complete on new Northampton recycling facility

Acting on behalf of Brackley Property Developments, TDB Real Estate have advised in the marketing and development of Plot 7C Edgar Mobbs Way, resulting in a design and build sale to Veolia for a new purpose built recycling facility.

The development is located in a prominent position on Edgar Mobbs Way which forms part of the St James Mill Road Industrial Estate which is an established trade counter location. The estate is situated approx half a mile east of Northampton town centre and offers fast road access to the M1 motorway via the new Harvey Reeves Road extension to the A45 (J15a and J16), this also provides direct access to the Sixfields Retail Park.

The site totaled circa 3 acres and the new facility provides Veolia with an enclosed waste transfer facility with associated ancillary office and welfare requirements totalling circa 18,500 sq ft.
